But that doesn’t mean we can’t also have a holiday to celebrate in a big way. We should recognize and thank people for the good work they do all the time. Now some might argue that every day should be employee appreciation day. Celebrated on the first Friday in March, the day reminds us how important it is to support, thank and reward our employees. In fact, it’s the twentieth anniversary of the holiday. Today is National Employee Appreciation Day.
